Refund Policy


We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that buyer is responsible for return shipping.


If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us first at info@keraffect.com so we can assess the issue and help with a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@keraffect.com to initiate a return and receive instructions.


Refunds


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
