Does the Connector weaken the bleach or slow down processing time?
No. The Connector is pH balanced and will not affect the alkalinity of the bleach or color.
Does KERAFFECT product make hair straight?
No. KERAFFECT is a hair strengthening system, and not a straightening system.
Will it over-proteinize the hair?
No. KERAFFECT uses low molecular weight keratin that penetrates the hair without causing protein buildup or stiffness.
Is keraffect safe for any hair type?
Yes. Vital Keratin shares a similar amino acid composition to human hair keratin, making it compatable to all hair types.
How much Connector do you put in the color?
5% of the total formula (color or bleach + developer).
How is KERAFFECT keratin different from others?
KERAFFECT keratin has a significantly smaller molecular weight compared to conventional keratin. It also has a highly similar amino acid composition.

How to Use
Prepare the Formula
Add 5% of Connector No.1 to the total amount of the colorant.
(Color + developer + 5% Connector No.1
or
Bleach + developer + 5% Connector No.1)
Do not exceed the recommended amount.
Apply as Usual
Apply the color or bleach as usual.
Shampoo Thoroughly
Shampoo the hair thoroughly after processing.
Apply Connector No.2
Apply Connector No.2 evenly to the hair.
Comb through until the hair feels smooth.

- Add 5% of Connector to the total formula.
- Mix thoroughly before application.
- Mix 1 part Connector with 9 parts Base Foam.
- Apply to hair after shampooing.
- Rinse, then follow with conditioner, treatment, or mask.
We recommend using CMC Moist Treatment for best results.
Note:
The mixing ratio with Base Foam can be adjusted based on hair condition.
For severely damaged hair, use a stronger concentration (less dilution) to maximize repair.
- Mix 1 part Connector with 9 parts Base Foam.
- Apply to hair before any chemical service.
- Dry the hair if needed before proceeding with color.
